As part of the studio, we visited sites across Delhi, Chandigarh, Agra, Jaipur, Udaipur, Ahmedabad, and Maheshwar to inform our design process. This afforded us not only the opportunity to learn the typology of historic Indian buildings, but also the climatic, cultural, and societal aspects of the country that must be considered in the design process.
