“Pragati Vishvavidyallay”

is a statement on the use of exposition resources and their connection to the public life of the city. Pragati Vishvavidyallay re-imagines the typical expo center as grounds for a university, and a university as the framework for an expo. The resources of each become intertwined. To achieve this, public, academic, and student life are layered into one another, while also reaching out to welcome the city of New Delhi in to its discussions and debates.
